Welcome to CourseHive, a service that allows users to create, share, and learn from online courses. By using CourseHive, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
1. Eligibility
To use CourseHive, you must be at least 13 years old and have a valid email address. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
1. Account Creation and Security
When you create an account, you are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information. You are also responsible for keeping your password secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must contact us immediately.
1. Content
All content on CourseHive, including but not limited to courses, videos, and text, is the property of CourseHive or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content on CourseHive without the express written permission of CourseHive.
1. Conduct
You agree to use CourseHive in a manner that is lawful, ethical, and respectful of others. You may not post any content that is defamatory, offensive, or illegal. You may not spam or harass other users.
1. Termination
CourseHive may terminate your account at any time for any reason. If your account is terminated, you will no longer be able to access CourseHive or any of its content.
1. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
1. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and CourseHive with respect to your use of CourseHive. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and CourseHive with respect to CourseHive.

CourseHive reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. If CourseHive makes any material changes to these Terms of Use, it will notify you by email or by posting a notice on CourseHive. Your continued use of CourseHive after such changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Use.
1. Disclaimer of Warranties
CourseHive provides CourseHive on an “as is” and “as available” basis. CourseHive makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of CourseHive or the information, content, materials, or products included on CourseHive. To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, CourseHive disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
1. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CourseHive be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of CourseHive, whether based on a theory of contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if CourseHive has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
1. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CourseHive, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of CourseHive, your violation of these Terms of Use, or your violation of any rights of any third party.
